Savvy Trainer’s Guide


Welcome to NYLO Fitness, a luxury fitness co-working space where trainers and clients can work together in solitude. To ensure a positive and professional atmosphere, we have compiled a set of guidelines for trainers to follow while performing training sessions at NYLO. Please read "The Savvy Trainer's Guide" below before scheduling your appointments.

1 Please limit your time on the training floor to the time of your scheduled appointments.

2 For all activities other than reserved training sessions (virtual sessions, phone calls, lunch, etc.) please join us in the lobby where we may share the desk and wifi together.

3 Please maintain a clean and tidy environment during and after your training sessions. This includes wiping down equipment after use and disposing of any garbage or litter.

4 Please be respectful of other trainers and their clients by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

5 Please refrain from taking photos or videos on the training floor without prior approval from NYLO staff.

6 Please do not consume any food or beverages on the training floor, with the exception of water or coffee or shakes.

7 Please have all clients sign the liability waiver at the front desk on their first visit before entering the training floor.

8 Please do not solicit clients or distribute promotional materials to other clients or trainers on the training floor.

9 Please report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to NYLO management as soon as possible.

10 Trainers may work out on the training floor for free between 12PM and 4PM with prior permission from NYLO staff.

11 Please keep your bags, coats, or anything else in a locker or the coat closet provided by NYLO. We ask this to avoid cluttering the training floor.

12 Please keep street shoes off the training floor. Please wear socks or (indoor only) training sneakers. Trainers may not be barefoot on the training floor.

13 Sessions must be booked at least 3 hours in advance. Sessions are first-come first-reserve. Savvy trainers book their spots well in advance to avoid disappointment.

14 NYLO keeps a 24-hour cancellation policy on all reservations. Please enforce this with your clients and make sure they are aware of this policy.

15 Savvy trainers know that NYLO Office Hours are 3-4PM Wednesday afternoons. Sean and Elena will be available to talk during this time and answer any questions or concerns. Savvy trainers know that we only grow if we grow together, and that NYLO is here to help.
